Regenerative agriculture consists of a set of agricultural techniques that, when adopted, allow agricultural activity to be carried out in the most sustainable way possible, improving biodiversity, the state of the soil and the ecosystems that form part of this environment.

It also allows agriculture to become an ally against climate change, favouring the absorption and retention of atmospheric carbon by the soil; grasses and woody crops play a key role in mitigating and adapting to climate change, being able to accumulate more than 30% of organic carbon in their soils.

For this reason, and in view of the good reception of the courses on regenerative agriculture and holistic livestock management, we wanted to go a step further and support APAEMA again with this project at national level where the learning from the previous courses is implemented on several pilot farms.
