Tax Deduction

How much can you deduct from donations to NGOs if you’re a Spanish resident?

PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS (IRPF)	BUSINESSES BASED IN SPAIN (IS)
80% FIRST 150€ EUROS DONATED You will receive a tax deduction of 80% for the first 150€ donated to an NGO. This means that an annual 150€ donation would only cost you 30€/year after your tax declaration! 35% OVER 150€ You will receive a tax deduction of 35% for the amount above the first 150€ donated to an NGO. Or a 40% tax deduction if you have donated an amount equal to or greater than the previous year to the same NGo within the same year and in the two previous years.	35% OF THE DONATED AMOUNT / YEAR Or a 40% tax deduction for multi-annual donations to NGO’s after 3 consecutive years.
