ORRAA Ocean Conference

Mallorca Preservation and The Conservation Collective attended the Deutsche Bank x ORRAA 2022 Ocean Conference, where international ocean protectors, philanthropists, investors and scientific experts discussed how to address marine challenges at scale. We highlighted the importance of protecting the Mediterranean seagrass, Posidonia oceánica.

Speakers included Jade Brudennell, director of the Conservation Collective – a global network of foundations to which Mallorca Preservation belongs; Hans Lenz, our president and a cornerstone of the foundation; and Marcial Bardolet, a member of the advisory board dedicated to supporting projects related to the protection of posidonia.
